Title: Timeline: files on 30 Dec 1890 ???
Post by: ubacher on June 21, 2023, 08:34:20 AM
On my timeline I have 100 some files on 30 Dec 1890?
The files there are a random collection - many part of recently added NEF  files.

Log shows only problems with a text file - which happens to be on this 1890 timeline.

Log attached.

Metadata analyst does not show anything which does not also appear on non-included files.

What does the "Date Subject Created" for these files show in the MD Panel?
Or the {File.DateTime} variable?

30. Dec 1899 is a fallback when all timestamps are invalid.

Does this still happen with IMatch 2023.1.10?

1. Write the files back, if needed.
2. Select the files in a File Window, press Shift+Ctrl+F5 and then select Reload Metadata.

Sorry, can't check. I had fixed it by running the rebuild timeline option.

OK. Open a new ticket when this happens again.
