Title: Option to disable dialogue box after rejecting files in the viewer

Offer an option in preferences so that the user can disable to dialogue box which appears after rejecting files (using the DEL key) when exiting the viewer. The rejected images would then default to "reject" after exiting the viewer.

This has been implemented for IMatch 2023.
