I just ran WIC diagnostics and saw this message. Any idea why I would get this? I'm getting this message on all my photos when I run WIC Diagnostics. Please see attached screen captures. Thanks!

You tested a JPG file so this is the expected outcome.

LibRaw does not handle JPG files, hence the error message.

The standard WIC JPEG codec could read the file just fine.
There are no previews and usually no thumbnail for JPG files.
