Title: print & design module: image not mirrored correctly when printing/saving
Post by: rick42 on July 26, 2022, 03:15:56 PM
Steps to reproduce:
1. select an image in media & folders tab
2. Ctrl P to print
3. create standard or dynamic template in the design & print module
4. load image into file container (if using standard template)
5. select "mirror vertically" or "mirror horizontally" in container properties
6. print/save the file as image or to printer

In all cases that I tried this,
1. the preview showed mirrored image as expected
2. but the saved or printed result showed the image still in its original orientation

IMatch 2021.16.4 (64-bit)
Windows 10.0.19043

.. anything I should do differently?

Thanks,
Rick

Yep, I can reproduce this here.

I see the same behaviour,
Preview is correct, pdf output not, also output as photo is not correct.

The problem was that the mirror vert/horz was not persisted in the template correctly.
When you load the template again, the mirror properties switch back to their defaults. Rotation was preserved correctly.
I have fixed that for the next release.
