Title: Hide non-empty categories
Post by: Mees Dekker on June 26, 2021, 05:00:19 PM
I'm working on a catalogue with some 800+ different products. Each product has to have at least 1 picture.

I now have a considerable number of products photographed and assigned to the relevant categories. So I have a number of "non-empty" categories.

But for me it would be very helpful to see which categories have no pictures yet (because that means: work to do). So: is there an easy way to show only empty categories?

No. There is a filter to hide empty categories, but not for the reverse operation.
Using a formula or color coding should allow you to indicate photos which need work, though?

Hide empty categories, then mark all shown images with a bookmark. Then filter out bookmarks and you should have the desired selection.

Or the typical formula "@All" NOT "Name of the category hierarchy an image must belong to" to show all images with work to be done.
