This keeps popping up every time I start my system. Then when I click on it opens this window.
How can I fix this?
This is a known bug which has already been fixed. The updater app had a buggy version check.
1. Log into the customer portal and download IMatch 2020.4.12 from there to your hard disk.
2. Uninstall IMatch from the Windows control panel (Add/Remove Software) if you have 2020.4.8 or older installed (to check: go to Help menu > About).
3. Then install IMatch 2020.4.12

You should always read the release notes before installing a new IMatch version.
WARNING: IMatch currently does not work on Windows 7 or Windows 8. If you don't have Windows 10, you cannot install or use it.
