In the full layout editor, I select New (at the top-right), only to get the choices: "Export Selected Layout", "Export all Layouts", "Import Layouts".
It used to be that button gave the user the choice of either Thumbnail or Tabular as the new file window layout. So, what's wrong here?
The button triggered the wrong menu (same as the import/export button).
