Control-Shift>F5 not working

Can anyone tell me why I can't use Control-Shift>F5 to force an update. If however, I hold Control-Shift and choose the rescan option from the context menu, it brings up the force scan dialogue box as expected.
I did just get a new Windows 11 computer, so I don't know if that is important. Control works on all other applications and other combination shortcuts that I have tested in iMatch also work.
I just tested another keyboard (both wireless) and it works fine. It seems odd that the first keyboard works on all other combinations but not Control-Shift>F5.
Any ideas?

Since the Control-Shift combination still works in conjunction with clicking the Context Menu item, could it be that the issue is with the F5 Key, and not Control, on the Keyboard where it's not working?

Might it be that the F-keys on this keyboard require a Function Lock to be turned on in order for them to act as Function Keys by default?

Using IMatch 2025.5.2 I've used the CTRL+SHIFT+F5 keyboard shortcut several times tonight while making significant changes to parts of my database and it works correctly for me.

My guess is Tony is on the right track to the solution of your problem.
