More information in History Panel

Currently, the History Panel lists dates for when Metadata or Annotations are changed for a file. From what I can tell, these entries don't include which tags (and/or their values) were changed. This information would be useful some time, as the database already tracks when such changes were made, but not what those changes are.

The tag(s) that are changed could be added to the Description for that event, possibly, so it's viewable only when clicking on the event.
