Support for Mobile Computers

IMatch is well suited to be used on a portable computer or laptop. Since IMatch runs equally well from Windows® 95 to Windows® XP, and requires only moderate hardware resources, you can easily install a second copy of IMatch on your laptop.

Workflow

You can use the built-in replication services of Windows to copy your database to a laptop when you go out in the field. You can index your images while you're working outside, add IPTC captions, categorize your images and perform all other types of operations.

When you're back home, just let Windows replicate your database back to your desktop or studio system. Then copy the images from your laptop to your hard disk, and use the Relocate command in IMatch to let IMatch know that the images are now stored on a different computer and disk drive.

That's it. It's that easy!

Software License

The IMatch Software License Agreement exclusively grants the licensed user the right to install and use IMatch on more than one computer, given that he/she is the only user on these systems. If IMatch is used by multiple users, multiple licenses must be purchased and registered.
